Giordano’s Pizza Dough

Ingredients

Amount Ingredient
480g All-purpose flour
350ml Warm water (Around 100°)
40g Olive oil
12g Salt
8g Sugar
7g Yeast

Method

  1. Follow straight dough method.
  2. Divide into two dough balls and place in pre-oiled bowls.
  3. Allow 15-20 minutes for dough to rise.
  4. Roll out dough to desired shape and thickness
