Giordano’s Pizza Dough
Ingredients

| 480g | All-purpose flour |
| 350ml | Warm water (Around 100°) |
| 40g | Olive oil |
| 12g | Salt |
| 8g | Sugar |
| 7g | Yeast |
Method
- Follow straight dough method.
- Divide into two dough balls and place in pre-oiled bowls.
- Allow 15-20 minutes for dough to rise.
- Roll out dough to desired shape and thickness
